Thanks, Tina!!! Yep, most all of the useful pastel papers have some "tooth" of some kind, mostly a sandy tooth: http://www.dakotapastels.com/pages/index-paper.aspx
This allows you to layer pastels and get that wonderful "painterly" build up of color on color. It's big fun!
These recent pastels are lovely! Had not heard of pastels on sandpaper!
